Muffcakes

Monday night went and gone with baking mini blueberry muffins. Or cupcakes in this case, cause they're diminutive. Muffcakes, i'd like to call them. The recipe yields approximately 82 mini ones. Easy to eat, bite size and very yummy!




Not gonna lie. The reason why these muffcakes are so perfectly yum it's cause they're from a mix. Yes, a pre-mix. Don't judge me. Dandy for when the urge to bake arises and time doesn't permit. Similar to that of 3-in-1 coffee. Try! Simple and delicioso!
